3. Our fee comes from the house search fee we charge clients.
4. When a client submits an application, we will contact you via WhatsApp for photos and videos of available houses.
5. If the client approves the property after visiting it with you, we will pay you ₦2,000.
6. If the client doesn’t approve but confirms it’s the property shown in the photos or videos, we will pay you ₦1,000.
7. However, if you show the client a different property, no payment will be made.8. We expect honesty and transparency from you in all dealings with us and the clients.
